Kate featured in Rugby Advertiser
Kate Harris in the Rugby Advertiser.

Rugby Cafe Writer Kate A. Harris is featured in this week’s Rugby Advertiser. Kate, a former employee of the newspaper, has written an article about her experience after being diagnosed as a coeliac and having to switch to a strict gluten-free diet. She describes the diagnosis as “the day my life changed forever”.

The article is an extract from her much longer account in the Cafe Writers’ new book, Get to the Point, which is now available from Amazon, priced £5.50.

Well done, Kate for helping others with this honest piece of writing – and for sharing it with the readers of the Advertiser, and the readers of our new book.

Welcome to the Rugby Cafe Writers. We are a friendly group of budding and experienced writers who meet in Rugby every fortnight and share our love of books and writing. We also have a spin-off group which gives authors a chance to get feedback on their works-in-progress. We publish our own anthologies and so far have eight books for sale! Please come and join us. Beginners are most welcome.
